Keeping track of your usage and spend is easy with Mando. Whether you’re on a free trial or an active subscription, the Billing & Usage section gives you full visibility into your plan, AI consumption, and upcoming charges — all in one place.
What You’ll See in This Section
When you visit the Billing & Usage tab, you’ll find a breakdown of your account activity, including:
Subscription Status – Shows whether your plan is active, and lets you cancel if needed.
Estimated Next Invoice – A running estimate of your upcoming charge based on usage and add-ons.
Remaining AI Balance – How much credit you’ve got left for AI features like completions or outputs.
Organization Usage – A quick look at your current team size, whether webhooks are in use, and if AI Co-Pilot is enabled.
Active Apps & Add-ons – A summary of your enabled apps (like Customer Service, Help Center, or Newsroom) and any active extras, like branding removal or custom domains.

AI Outputs: Know What You’re Using
Mando uses tokens — the standard unit of measurement for how much input and output data your AI features consume. This is how AI usage is billed.
Graph View – You’ll see a visual chart of your daily AI usage over time. The graph distinguishes between input tokens (what you send to the AI) and output tokens (what the AI returns).
You can toggle between 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months to get a sense of your short- and long-term usage patterns.

AI Outputs Ledger: A Detailed Log
At the bottom of the page, the AI Outputs Ledger gives you a transaction-level view of each AI completion. You’ll find:
Date & time of usage
Type (currently mostly completions)
Model used (e.g. gpt-4.1 mini)
Input tokens / Output tokens
Exact cost per output

Final Notes
The usage panel is there to keep things transparent — you’ll never be caught off guard by how the system is calculating usage or billing. And if something doesn’t add up, you’ll have the logs to trace it.
